Get Started with Graine AI

This guide will walk you through creating your first voice agent from scratch.

Sign Up and Log In

  1. Visit https://graine.ai
  2. Click “Sign Up” and create your account
  3. Verify your email address
  4. Log in to the platform
Your organization will be automatically created upon signup.

Navigate to Create Agent

From your dashboard: 1. Click on “Create Agent” in the sidebar or main dashboard 2. You’ll be taken to the 3-step agent creation wizard

Step 1: Voice Selection

Configure your agent’s voice and language:

Available Options:
  • Languages: English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Marathi, Kannada, Spanish
  • Voices:
    • Male: Mahesh, Rahul, Abhilash
    • Female: Manisha, Vidya, Susheela, Anika, Anushka
Preview each voice before selecting to find the perfect match for your use case.

Step 2: Agent Configuration

Define your agent’s knowledge and behavior: Product Information (Required) - Company Name: Acme Corp - Call Purpose: To provide customer support and answer product questions - Product/Service: Cloud hosting services - About Your Business: We provide scalable cloud hosting solutions Conversation Settings - Greeting Message: “Hello! This is Sarah from Acme Corp. How can I help you today?” - First Message: “Are you calling about a technical issue or general inquiry?” - Task: Help customers resolve issues and answer questions
Make sure your call purpose is clear and specific. This guides the agent’s behavior throughout the conversation.

Step 3: Tools & Integrations (Optional)

Enhance your agent with additional capabilities: - MCP Tools: Connect to external services - WhatsApp Tools: Send messages and templates - Webhooks: Integrate with your systems - FAQs: Upload common questions and answers
You can skip this step and add tools later from the agent configuration page.

Save and Test

  1. Click “Create Agent”
  2. Wait for the agent to be created (usually takes 30-60 seconds)
  3. You’ll be redirected to the agent configuration page
  4. Click “Test with Web Call” to try your agent

Test Your Agent

  1. From the agent page, click “Start Web Call”
  2. Allow microphone permissions in your browser
  3. Click “Start Call” and speak with your agent
  4. End the call when done

View Call History

See all your test calls and their transcripts (Coming Soon)

Common Issues

  • Check the “All Agents” page from the sidebar
